We built the studio to solve each of them. Before we show you how, it helps to name them.
Trades that disappear for three weeks. No updates. No one to ask.
A quote that becomes two. Surprise invoices. Changes you did not approve.
Permits, planning, and paperwork in a language you do not read.
Flights, hotels, and days off work — just to see what has been done.
Most clients take the full package. Some start with a survey and grow from there. You only pay for what you use.
Structural works, kitchens, baths, electrical, plumbing. We hold the permit, the trades, and the timeline.
Furniture, FF&E, textiles, lighting. We specify, procure, and install everything you need to move in.
On-site weekly. Written updates every Friday. A single point of contact in your timezone.
Pre-purchase surveys and realistic renovation-cost estimates, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.
The reason renovations feel out of control is that nobody agrees what “done” looks like. We fix that at step two, and hold the line from there.
A video call. You tell us about the house, the people, and the deadline. We tell you what the project probably costs and what could go wrong. No obligation.
We visit the property in person. You receive a written scope, a fixed-fee quote, and a realistic timeline. Everything priced before work begins.
We run the site. One project manager is your single point of contact, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Written updates with photographs every Friday.
The house is professionally cleaned. The snag list is closed. Manuals, warranties, and certificates are filed and sent to you. You arrive to a home that is ready.
“We bought a house in Dénia sight unseen during lockdown. Two years later it was still empty. They took it on, finished it in seven months, and sent a weekly photograph every Friday. No drama, no surprises.”
Most renovation problems are not about taste. They are about communication, paperwork, and who picks up the phone on a Tuesday morning. That is where we spend our time.
Our quote is what you pay. If we miss something in the scope, we absorb it — not you. Changes you request are priced and approved in writing before anything moves.
Every Friday you receive an email with the week's progress, the week's photographs, what is scheduled next, and where the budget stands. No surprises.
You speak to the same person every week. Our team works in English, Spanish, and Dutch. They handle the trades, the architect, and the town hall so you do not have to.
We work with the same ten teams of carpenters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers. They know our standards. We pay them on time, which is why they pick up the phone.
Obra mayor, obra menor, licencia de ocupación. We handle the filing, the architect, and the questions from the Ayuntamiento. You sign where indicated.
Full civil liability and decennial insurance. Registered in Spain as MHS S.L. Every invoice carries IVA. Every payment is on the record.
If your question is not here, ask us directly on a call. We answer plainly and in writing.
An hour on a call, no obligation, no cost. We will tell you what your project probably costs, how long it will probably take, and whether we are the right studio for it.
